Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini is unlikely to make any drastic changes to his side despite losing 0-0 to Swansea last time out, with a FA Cup final date against Wigan on Saturday.

The Italian is able to choose from an almost fully fit squad, but talisman Yaya Toure (knock) was withdrawn against the Swans and Scott Sinclair (shoulder) is still recovering after missing the trip to his former team.

Meanwhile, Chris Brunt (knee) and Goran Popov (calf), who both missed West Brom's 3-2 defeat to Wigan on Saturday, remain doubts for the clash at the Etihad Stadium.

But they are the only fresh injury concerns for Steve Clarke, and join long-term absentees George Thorne (knee), Gonzalo Jara Reyes (knee ligament) and Zoltan Gera (knee).

DID YOU KNOW?

Manchester City boast the best defensive record in the Premier League, conceding just 31 goals from 35 games so far.

City have failed to score in only six games this season, but did so against Swansea last time out.

Roberto Mancini's side have scored at least three times in their last three games against the Baggies.

Plus, City have notched at least two goals in their last six home games in the Premier League.

West Brom goalkeeper Ben Foster has only managed to keep seven clean sheets this term.

The Baggies have only won one of their last six games - a comfortable 3-0 victory away to Southampton - conceding nine goals in the process. Over the same period, Manchester City have won four and conceded five.

West Brom's top goalscorer, Romelu Lukaku, has scored 14 league goals this season, two more than City's top goalscorer Edin Dzeko.

Their previous meeting this season ended in a 2-1 victory for City, with Dzeko scoring a double, including a last-minute winner. The Bosnian is 11/2 with BetVictor to score two or more against West Brom.

Prediction
With in-form Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham all within reaching distance of Manchester City, the hosts will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing and bland goalless draw against Swansea last weekend with a win against an erratic West Brom side.

However, after an impressive season which has seen them cement themselves as a top-half team, the Baggies will be well up for the challenge as they look to end the season with a flourish and further improve their record-breaking points haul.

Editor's Prediction
Manchester City 2-1 West Brom

La Liga Opta Facts: 8 May

Celta Vigo v Atletico Madrid
Celta Vigo have only won one of their last nine home meetings with Atletico in the top-flight (D4 L4).
Eight of the last nine home victories by Celta in this fixture have been by the odd goal.
Atletico suffered their heaviest ever La Liga defeat in an away game against Celta Vigo back in 1954 (8-1).
Celta are unbeaten in three league games (W2 D1), they are yet to go four in a row without defeat this term.
Atleti are unbeaten in six away league games (W3 D3); they have not gone unbeaten in seven in a row within a single season since 1996/97.
Abel Resino has lost both of his two previous meetings with former club Atletico as a La Liga manager, though both were away games (2-0 with Granada, 1-0 with Levante).
Thibaut Courtois has gone 598 minutes of football on the road without conceding a goal, with Leo Bapistao the last person to score against him back in February.
Iago Aspas is the first player born in Spain to reach 10 top-flight goals for Celta since Juan Sanchez in 1998/99 (13).
Falcao has scored 26 league goals this season, his best record in a single campaign since he moved to Europe (beating the 25 he scored in his first season at Porto).

Real Madrid v Malaga
Real Madrid have won seven of their last eight home league meetings with Malaga, drawing the other last season (1-1).
Malaga suffered their heaviest ever away defeat at the Bernabeu when they lost 0-7 there in 2011.
Malaga have never won in 31 previous trips to face Real Madrid on their own patch in La Liga (D6 L25).
Cristiano Ronaldo has scored 10 goals in seven league meetings with Malaga, including two hat-tricks.
Real Madrid have won 14 league games in 2013 already - only Bayern Munich have won as many in the top five European leagues.
Malaga have lost their last three away league games; their worst run of the season.
Karim Benzema has scored at least one goal in three of his last four league meetings with Malaga (four in total).
Manuel Pellegrini has never won in seven visits to the Bernabeu as an away manager (D3 L4), seeing his sides concede more than double the amount of goals they have scored (7/17).
Of the five teams Real Madrid have lost to this season (all away defeats), they have beaten four of them at home already, scoring 3.5 goals per game on average; only Malaga remain.
If Real Madrid fail to win this game, Barcelona will be proclaimed champions of La Liga.
