Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti has seen his midfield depleted with a number of suspensions, most of which originated from the brawl that followed last weekend's 1-0 win against Evian.

Thiago Motta continues to serve his suspension, whilst Marco Verratti and David Beckham were handed a two and one match bans respectively for their red cards at the Parc des Sports last Sunday.

Goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu was initially supposed to have been sent off by referee Olivier Thual, but failed to receive his red card from the official, meaning the LFP have allowed him to be available, with his two-match ban starting on Monday.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic missed training on Friday but is expected to be fit, while Clement Chantome should be named in midfield given the shortage of options available.

Valenciennes coach Daniel Sanchez is likely to continue with Lindsay Rose in place of defender Nicolas Isimat-Mirin, with the Rennes-born youngster impressing in recent weeks. Gregory Pujol is injured and joins the likes of Loris Nery and Dusan Djuric on the treatment table.

DID YOU KNOW?

Paris Saint-Germain sit top of Ligue 1 with 73 points - nine clear of nearest challengers Olympique de Marseille.

Should the 2010 champions fail to beat Bastia at Stade Velodrome on Saturday, PSG will be crowned champions for the first time since 1994.

PSG have won their last six games against the visitors - Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored a hat-trick in the 4-0 win at Stade du Hainaut in December.

Valenciennes sit in 12th position, having amassed 41 points over the 34 games played so far.

Daniel Sanchez's men have lost all but one of their games away to teams currently in the top half of the table.

Valenciennes have two clean sheets in their last three games - they were nine games without a win before Nicolas Isimat-Mirin was dropped.

If PSG do wrap up the title this weekend, the LFP have confirmed the Ligue 1 trophy will not be presented.

Prediction
The Parisian outfit have hit form at exactly the right time, amidst a late push from Marseille, they've won each of their last five games in Ligue 1. They have a fantastic record against Sunday's visitors, and look certain to claim a home win at least, if not the title, come Sunday evening.

PSG 2-0 Valenciennes FC

Barcelona forward Lionel Messi is doubtful to start against Betis at Camp Nou as he continues to cope with a hamstring injury.

Defender Eric Abidal (calf) and midfielder Sergio Busquets (groin) should be available but Cesc Fabregas is suspended after picking up his fifth booking of the season in the 2-2 draw against Athletic Bilbao.

Betis midfielder Eder Vilarchao is available to play his first game after a three-month lay-off with a tibia injury.

Casto (knee), Paulao (hamstring), Damien Perquis (calf), Nacho and Jose Canas (both suspension) are all sidelined, while midfielder Benat (back) and Nosa Igiebor (groin) are minor doubts.

DID YOU KNOW?

Barcelona are on a three-match winless run in all competitions, losing two.

The Catalan side's 7-0 aggregate loss to Bayern Munich was their heaviest two-legged defeat in European competition.

Lionel Messi has scored in his last 20 Liga appearances for Barcelona.

Betis have won just one of their last six matches in La Liga (W1, D3, L2).

Los Verdiblancos have lost three of their last five encounters with Barca.

Betis' last Liga win at Camp Nou was a 3-1 triumph in May 1998.

Prediction
Barca boss Vilanova will demand a response after getting thoroughly outclassed in Europe and they should return to winning ways against a weakened Betis outfit.

Editor's Prediction
Barcelona 2-1 Betis

Stadio San Paolo will play host to two teams of contrasting fortunes on Sunday. While Inter must surely be praying for the season to end given their incredible injury list, Napoli sit on the brink of confirming a very respectable second place finish.

The hosts appeared to be genuine challengers to Juventus for the Serie A crown for much of the season, before the Bianconeri opened up an 11-point gap at the top of the table.

But Napoli's own sizeable lead over third-placed AC Milan means they are close to sealing second spot and Champions League football next term.

They are able to boast a clean bill of health this weekend, but sadly the Nerazzurri cannot say the same. Captain Javier Zanetti (Achilles) the latest to fall foul of the injury curse that hovers over San Siro.

DID YOU KNOW?

Napoli are seven points clear of third-placed AC Milan and look set to finish runners-up to champions in waiting Juventus.

The Partenopei have plenty to thank star man Edinson Cavani for this season - he has 23 goals to his name, making him their top scorer.

Walter Mazzarri's men have won four of their last five games - with only a 1-1 draw with AC Milan halting them in their tracks.

Inter have won just one of their last five Serie A games and lost to Palermo in their last outing.

The Nerazzurri are without 11 first-team regulars after Javier Zanetti was ruled out for the rest of the season with an Achilles injury.

Inter's top goalscorer so far this season is Rodrigo Palacio - but he remains on the sidelines.

Prediction
Napoli have won four of their last five - Inter have lost four of their last five. That can only mean one thing, a convincing home win and another blow to the Nerazzurri's fading hopes of securing European football next season.

Editor's Prediction
Napoli 3-1 Inter

Sir Alex Ferguson looks set to make a solitary change from the team that faced Arsenal as Shinji Kagawa seems primed to replace Nani, operating off the left wing.

Ashley Young (ankle) is definitely ruled out while Nemanja Vidic (knee) and Danny Welbeck (calf) are also doubtful as the strains that ruled them both out of the Arsenal game persist.

Rafa Benitez, meanwhile, appears ready to make his now-customary changes to the starting line-up as various players look set to make way from the team that beat Basel 3-1 on Thursday.

John Terry, Ashley Cole, John Obi Mikel, Juan Mata, Oscar and Demba Ba are all expected to replace
Gary Cahill, Ryan Bertrand, Frank Lampard, Ramires, Victor Moses and Fernando Torres from the previous starting XI.

There are no serious injury problems for the Blues, though Marko Marin, unlikely to feature anyway, may only be fit enough for the bench as he continues to recover from a thigh problem.

DID YOU KNOW?

Over the course of the Premier League era, Manchester United have lost more games (13) and conceded more goals (55) against Chelsea than they have against any other team in the league.

However, Chelsea have managed just one clean sheet in their last 17 league trips to Old Trafford - a 3-0 win in December 2001, with a goal from Mario Melchiot followed by a double from Eidur Gudjohnsen. Bet365 offer 4/7 for both teams to score in this match.

United have hit the woodwork more often than any other team in the Premier League this season - 22 times, while Chelsea have hit it the fewest amount of times - five.

Though it is doubtful whether he will feature in this match, of all the players to have played over 150 Premier League games, the Red Devils' captain, Nemanja Vidic, has the best win percentage of any player, having played 184 and won 136.

Chelsea skipper John Terry , however, boasts a similarly impressive record as the Blues have won 67 per cent of Premier League games with him playing this season and just 48% without him.
The Blues have scored 15 headed goals this league season - the most in the Premier League.

A full-strength Juventus side know they are just a point away from clinching the Serie A title against a relegation-threatened Palermo outfit, but it would be premature for the Bianconeri to be popping the champagne just yet, though, as the visitors are in desperate need of the points.

Antonio Conte will continue to play his 3-5-1-1 formation with Claudio Marchisio playing in behind striker Mirko Vucinic which has brought the champions much joy in recent weeks, while it is the usual back three trio for the hosts.

Giuseppe Sannino's men have enjoyed a mini-revival as they hope to avoid the dreaded drop to Serie B, but there are concerns over in-form attacker Josip Ilicic who faces a race against time to be fit for the clash.

Defender Andrea Mantovani is unavailable while Michel Morganella is suspended.

DID YOU KNOW?

Juventus are just a point away from landing back-to-back Scudettos. They are 11 points clear of Napoli with four games to play.

The Bianconeri are on a seven-game winning run and have not conceded in over 270 minutes of Serie A football.

Antonio Conte's men have won their last three games against Sunday's visitors and have not conceded during this time.

Palermo are unbeaten in their last five matches with wins over Roma, Sampdoria and Inter included in that run. They sit in 17th place level with Genoa (18) on 32 points.

Attacker Josip Ilicic has scored five in his last five games for the Rosanero.

Striker Fabrizio Miccoli has netted six times in Serie A and is a former Juventus player.

Prediction
Juventus just need a point in this match to win the Scudetto, but in truth it would be surprising if they did not get all three. The Rosanero will be buoyed by the string of performances they have put together in recent weeks, but the Bianconeri will have too much for the visitors.

Editor's Prediction
Juventus 2-0 Palermo

05.05. (Sun) 15:00 Milan - Torino

AC Milan could be without Riccardo Montolivo (hamstring) for the visit of Torino to San Siro after the midfielder picked up an injury in training this week, while Giampaolo Pazzini's heroics last weekend are unlikely to see him force his way into the team at the expense of Mario Balotelli.

The Rossoneri also look set to be without on-loan striker Bojan Krkic for the end of season run-in after the 22-year-old sustained a thigh injury, but there is better news for Massimiliano Allegri at the back as Christian Abbiati could return to take his place between the sticks.

Meanwhile, opposition coach Giampiero Ventura has a juggling act to perform as he contemplates resting players for his side’s vital relegation clash with Genoa, just three days after his side visit Milan.

Strikers Rolando Bianchi and Riccardo Meggiorini started the Turin derby against Juventus last weekend but both could be rested on Sunday, with Udinese loanee Paulo Barreto taking up the lone forward role.

Valerio Di Cesare is expected to deputise in central defence for the suspended Kamil Glik after the Pole was sent off in last weekend’s derby defeat.

DID YOU KNOW?

AC Milan have scored in every home match they have played in 2013, notching 20 goals in nine games at San Siro.

The Rossoneri could have a big impact on this season’s Serie A relegation battle as Allegri’s men have to play three of the bottom five sides in their final four matches.

Right-back Ignazio Abate signed for Milan from Torino back in 2009 having played 25 games for the Turin outfit.

This season’s reverse fixture saw Milan come from behind in Turin to beat Ventura’s side 4-2 in a game that was overshadowed by a season-ending injury to Nigel de Jong.

Torino have only picked up one win in their last nine matches in Serie A, a run that has seen them slip into a relegation dogfight.

Ventura’s men have been draw specialists on the road this season, with nine matches finishing all square on their travels - more than any other club in the division.

Prediction
Milan have been on an unstoppable run in the second half of the season and few in Serie A have been able to find an answer to the Rossoneri's new look front three, spearheaded by Mario Balotelli. Torino on the other hand have had a woeful time of things since January and having looked comfortable for most of the season, Ventura's side are now on the brink of an almighty relegation scrap. It doesn't look like things will get any better for them at the Giuseppe Meazza either and I fully expect the home side to pick up a comfortable three points.

Editor's Prediction
Milan 3-1 Torino

05.05. (Sun) 14:30 Liverpool - Everton

EVERTON

After Fabio Borini came off the bench to score against Newcastle after missing eight weeks with a dislocated shoulder, Joe Allen (shoulder) and Martin Kelly (knee) are the only long-term absentees for Liverpool.

Raheem Sterling (hip) is approaching full fitness and could be in contention for Brendan Rodgers.

Tony Hibbert returned to Everton the squad for Saturday's win over Fulham but may have to make do with a place on the bench yet again as Seamus Coleman continues at right-back.

Darron Gibson (hip) is David Moyes's only injury concern, with Ross Barkley set to compete with Nikica Jelavic for a place alongside Victor Anichebe in attack.

DID YOU KNOW?

The Merseyside derby has seen more red cards than any other Premier League fixture, with 20.

Liverpool have scored nine goals in their two league games without Luis Suarez this season.

Of the 10 midfielders included in the last England squad, only Frank Lampard has scored and assisted more goals per minute than Jordan Henderson this season (one every 132 minutes). Henderson is 14/1 with Bet365 to score the first goal in this game.
Lucas Leiva has made more tackles per minute than any other player in the league this season (one every 14.9 minutes).

Everton have only won one of their last 12 Premier League games against Liverpool, drawing four and losing seven.

The Toffees are without a win at Anfield in 12 Premier League games, losing five of the last eight.

David Moyes is yet to win a single one of his 44 away games against the traditional "big four", taking just 17 points from a possible 132.

The visitors have won 56 per cent of their games this season with Johnny Heitinga in the side and just 10% without him.
