Porto - Malaga
This is the first ever competitive meeting between Porto and Malaga.
Malaga are one of four teams unbeaten in the Champions League this season with Borussia Dotrmund, Juventus and Schalke.
Malaga have never trailed in a Champions League game so far this season.
Porto are unbeaten in their last seven Champions League games against Spanish opposition (three wins, four draws). Real Madrid are the last Spanish side to beat Porto in Europe's premier competition, in October 2003.
Porto have only ever lost one of their 11 Champions League games at home in the knockout stages (v Manchester Utd, April 2009).
Malaga have only lost one of their 24 games in European competition, qualifiers included. However, that defeat was in Porto against Boavista back in March 2003 (UEFA Cup quarter-finals).
Malaga's last three Champions League games have all ended in a draw.

Arsenal - Bayern Munich
Arsenal and Bayern Munich have met four times before in the Champions League, with the Bavarians winning twice, Arsenal one and the other being a draw.
Their last encounter dates back to the 2004/05 Champions League last 16 when Bayern won 3-2 on aggregate.
Arsenal have won six of their last seven home Champions League games against German opposition, the only defeat coming against Schalke in this season's group stages.
Arsenal have only lost two of their 17 knockout games at home in the Champions League (v Chelsea in April 2004 & v Manchester Utd in May 2009).

Galatasaray - Schalke
This is the first ever competitive meeting between Galatasaray and Schalke.
Schalke are one of four teams unbeaten in the Champions League this season with Borussia Dotrmund, Juventus and Malaga.
Galatasaray hadn't reached the knockout stages of the Champions League since 2000/01 when they were knocked out by Real Madrid in the quarter-finals.
Schalke have reached the knockout stages of the Champions League for the third time after 2007/08 and 2010/11.
Galatasaray have won their last three Champions League games. They have never won four on the bounce in the competition.
Galatasaray have won none of their last five home games against German opposition (two defeats, three draws).
Schalke are unbeaten against Turkish opposition (two wins, two draws).
Schalke's two away games in Turkey have both ended in a 3-3 scoreline, against Trabzonspor in October 1996 (UEFA Cup) and Fenerbahce in October 2005 (Champions League).

Among the teams in the Champions League last 16, AC Milan are the only one who have yet to win at home in this season's competition. Their last home win the competition was a year ago, against Arsenal (4-0, 15 February 2012).
AC Milan have only scored one goal in their last four games at the San Siro in the Champions League. They have had 58 shots (incl. blocked) at home in the Champions League this season but only one of them has found the back of the net.
AC Milan have only won one of their last 10 knockout games in the Champions League, against Arsenal at home in the last 16 last season.
Barcelona have only lost two of their last 24 Champions League games, both in Britain (at Chelsea and Celtic).
Barcelona have the highest possession in the Champions League this season with an average of 75.8%.
No side picked up more bookings than AC Milan in the group stages this season (17).
Lionel Messi has scored 56 goals in 74 Champions League games, only Raul has scored more in the competition (71 goals in 142 games).
Three of the four players who completed the most passes in the opposition half during the group stages play for Barcelona: Xavi (551), Messi (303) and Iniesta (302).
