Freiburg will be without several players for the visit of S04. Key man Daniel Caligiuri will miss out, meaning that Max Kruse will play on the left, with Karim Guede partnering Jan Rosenthal up front.
Pavel Krmas (ankle), Marco Terrazzino (knee) are both out, but Mensur Mujdza could well feature at right-back but remains a doubt with a toe problem.
